WF Qum Office remembers Marhum Allamah Sayyid Akhtar Rizvi

We were honored by the presence of Sayyid Muhammad Saeed Akhtar Rizvi, the son of Marhum Sayyid Saeed Akhtar Rizvi, at Dar al Zahra, hosted by The World Federation Qum Office. His two brothers and his son also accompanied him.

“Ikhlaas and sincerity for the pleasure of Allah will clear away all the obstacles and the difficulties,” said Sayyid Muhammad Rizvi during his speech. He continued to remember his father by stating, “I have the example of my father, he lived in a very different environment, faced challenges from within the community as well as from outside, but he was able to do things without the resources which are available to us at present … His life was based on struggle on one hand and sincerity and pleasure of Allah on the other hand, and with hard work and sincerity comes grace and blessings of Allah and that is what we should always be seeking from Allah (swt).”

The programme commenced with congregational prayers followed by recitation of The Holy Quran, Ziyarat e Ashura, lecture by Sayyid Muhammad Rizvi and ended with nyaz. Sayyid Rizvi’s lecture was preceded by a short address by Shaykh Kumail Rajani, manager of WF Qum Office.
